Got two ordered of Birria tacos ! We’re super delicious and came out fresh & hot! Taste was spot on. Great prices! Only minor complaint was that we called ahead and placed a to-go order, and when we arrived 20 minutes as per described as the ready time, & when we got there they hadn’t even started it.

The food was awesome, the salsa we got on the side had amazing flavor. It was definitely worth the stop! All of us ordered different items off the menu and everything was so good. The asada fries were out of this world, the quesabirria was delicious too!!

Try this food truck!!!!! We enjoyed the Aguas Frescas the most! A large variety of flavors and were so good!!!! Food was also so good!!!!

We found this amazing food truck after a day of touring Roswell. It was sooooo great! The tacos were amazing and the price was so reasonable. We sat at the picnic tables in the warm sun on a cool March day. Perfection. Thanks El Guerrero for the wonderful end to our visit.

Birria fries are so good. We can't have dairy, so we order without cheese and sour cream, but get extra guacamole. And they put extra guacamole. 10/10 would recommend

Food and service were great. Had the Birria Tacos w/ consume, could eat this every day. Try the tacos here, it's worth it Atmosphere only got a 4 because it's outside right next to a main road.

Get the birria !! So delicious we ended up coming back up for seconds !! We came around a slow time (5pm ish) and did not have any issues with the wait time. The lady who served us was polite. Will definitely be coming back here!!
